1 and 2 - Great Western Tours MINNEAPOLIS CLUB on the end of train #13 the Westbound Coast Starlight stopped at Santa Barbara California on December 5th, 1976.
3 -  Southern Pacific experimental articulated flat car in a Westbound train going thru the SP Santa Barbara California yard on December 8th, 1976.

Photo one also shows a rare image of the Great Western Tours former WP CZ 10-6 sleeper Silver Canyon in front of the NP obs car.  GWT didn't operate the Silver Canyon much and ended up selling it to the SP circa 1978 who made major modifications to it when converted to a track geometry car.
