Who, What, Where, When & How?

BN heading in at Mile Marker 190.3

Nothing on the mount other than it was shot by Emery J, Gulash, a Kodachrome, and the processing date was July 1982.

I would say just north of Trinidad, Colorado on the FW&D line near Lynn, Colorado.
