1. Four Union Pacific SD40-2s-3651, 3114, 3548 & 3317 are on the W/B TGW soaring across the Clio Trestle over Willow Creek. 3651 carries the banner "UP and Me-The Energy Key". 10:18AM on 7/20/85 in Clio, CA.

2. St. Louis-South Western SD40T-2-8375 with Southern Pacific SD40T-2-8278 & SD45-9096 is leading a W/B. Late morning on 7/23/85 in Worden, OR.

3. Looking like a scene on a model railroad, Santa Fe GP35-2889 is leading a W/B freight. The location marked on my slide is Dutra, CA, but I can't find any such location. I'm fairly sure it is somewhere near Richmond. There is a Dutra Materials Asphalt Contractor near-by. 9:10AM on 7/26/85 in Christie-Martinez, CA.

There is a Dutra Road that passes under what was then the Second Subdivision at about MP 1171.9, just east of Glen Frazer.  There are too many trees along Dutra Road and Franklin Canyon Road for me to see, or not see, matching terrain in Google Street views.

That SP photo is most excellent--love the bare red nose of SSW units, the shorter searchlight for the siding, and they heavy lumber train.  Classic SP.
