Tower Tuesday: can you name this tower?
Author: march_hare

Maryland and Pennsylvania switching around a tower in York, PA, summer of 1976. This was dumb luck find. I was only passing through York, and had no idea what I was doing.

Any assistance in geography welcome.

This tower is actually still standing. Go to a mapping program and search for the intersection of York Street and Loucks Mill Road in York. The tower is just north of the intersection. It controlled the interlocking between the Northern Central, the Maryland and Pennsylvania, and the PRR branch from Columbia, PA.
