A northbound empty coal train at Ft. Madison, Iowa on October 23, 1986.  First video clip showing the locomotives.  Second clip showing the rear of the train with a Caboose.  Not to long after the time of this video, the Caboose would be gone.  Train symbol was likely JJo69.

"I think" the location is here, just north of the Santa Fe river bridge

Yes. About a half mile north of the Amtrak depot. And just beyond the hi way that crosses the railroad bridge.
