On May 8, 2001 a westbound I&MRL detour near West Burlington, Iowa on the BNSF Ottumwa sub. Power was a pair of SD40 and a SD45 locomotives. Given the time of the year, I will guess that flooding on the Mississippi river was cause for the detour.
