Date: 07/21/04 06:54 Re: early BNSF rolling stock Author: NRE973 The mechanical reefers in boxcar red are the ugliest. They should have kept the green, as it certainly looks better at a loading dock next to UP white or CRYO white & orange cars. BNSF reefers need a makeover.
Another car that is rare is the aluminum sided coal hopper with a small green BNSF emblem. The car shops probably were using up the green paint. |
