Scheel's is a sporting goods store. There was a total of 54 tiger stripes: 50 GP50's 1 SD40-2 3 SD60's Date: 05/09/05 15:36 Re: Scheel's and # of Tiger Stripes Author: davebb71 very good cdub, that is the store where i bought my 1st mountain bike, a Trek 6000. Good thing i wasn't much of a railfan back then, would of never graduated college living there. :-)

Was an interesting scheme. Keep the Minnesota shots coming. Kevin Date: 05/11/05 00:37 Re: Scheel's and # of Tiger Stripes Author: Castle_Romeo I kinda wonder why BN didn't make the Tiger Stripe it's official scheme. Don't forget the two GP50's that were painted in a "Two"-of-a-kind scheme using white and orange instead of black and orange for the tiger stripes.
