"MOUNT JEWETT, Pa. -- The Kinzua Viaduct, once the longest and tallest railroad bridge in the world, hasn't been much of a tourist attraction since it was mangled by a tornado in July 2003. "Gov. Ed Rendell did release $700,000 in state funds yesterday as a down payment on $7 million in restoration work set for the Kinzua Bridge in a state park in McKean County."
