Has anyone gotten their Facing Point Media's 'Surfliner Head End DVD'? I ordered it more than a year ago, and I am still waiting for its arrival in the mail.

My friend got his immediately after he bought it. He let me borrow it and I will say that it is very good.

I ordered the route from FPM, I was able to download it instantly, but I also paid the $5 for a hard copy and have still not recieved it after nearly 2 years.

Also, Facing Point Media does not respond to emails and the forums have been down since October and still display a message they will be back up in November 2005.

They really need to get things right.
