The Washington Group "Southern Railway Vancouver Island" (SRVI) operates the freight services on the Esquimalt & Nanaimo Railway.
The base for freight operations, now as in CP days is Wellcox yard on the waterfront in Nanaimo BC.

This is where car floats deliver cars to and from the mainland of BC.
