Also, the eastbound near Cisco BC is likely freight 992, the eastbound Vancouver-Calgary freight which performed on line switching at Kamloops, Sicamous, Revelstoke and Golden. Note a Union Pacific chip gon behind the units. As CP's fleet of converted GS (General Service) gondola cars with extended ends and sides wore out, some chip gons were leased. Finally, CP got out of the woodchip hauling business completely and arranged for Dave Chambers Trucking or Arrow Transport to service the sawmills. Not sure why we lost her, but no engine since then has been as reliable.
