CP's MLW M-636s had something of an ignominious end, blinded and relegated
to B-unit status. Nevertheless this one is still able to put on a show
and scare the calves. The SD40-2 leader is throwing out more smoke than
the M-636. In reality both units were on borrowed time.

This westbound has held back short of a meet at Lovekin and now starts
to pull as the opposing train gets closer.
