Canadian Railroads > Thorold Ontario street trackage?

I was playing hockey at the Thorold arena last night in a 50 + game. Our team from Buffalo came up to play. Fantastic arena!
I noticed some street trackage running down the center of Pine(?)street. Is it still active? Just wondering what the history is on those?

P.S. and yes we did lose!
