They do have at least 20 more GP9 locomotives still in service. In any case there are no GP20C-ECOs on order for this year. CP does have an order for 30 SD30C-ECO locomotives for 2015. Author: tq-07fan These pictures are great for model railroading purposes, they capture many angles and paint varieties of the GP9u. I will miss these. I rode in them several times when I was on Sperry. Most engineers seamed to like switching with them. Of course no one should feel too bad as they had a good fifty plus year run.
