Train 2-241 (I thought it was 119), had two interesting dimensional loads, anybody got an idea what they are?

Interesting catch indeed. My wild guess would be  that this is related to the oil and gas
industry.

I take it Doug was making a statement and not a guess as that is Exterran main business.  You can see their name on the
side of the vessels.  What dirrection were they headed?  I assume towards the oil fields, but I think I heard that Irving is expainding
their operations on the east coast.

From looking at Exterran web site it appears they might have a production plant in Youngstown, OH.
