The Pointe St-Charles switcher heads west with a pair of GP9's (CN 7246 & CN 7015) with a cut of cars for Taschereau Yard as a very late CN 120 passes at right in Montreal West early yesterday afternoon. As the switcher is a beltpack job, he is limited to 15 MPH.

Is the switcher still limited to 15 mph if they running the units the "normal" way from the cab?
