CP 650 with CP and UP GEVO's

CP 650, a loaded ethanol train for Albany, is crossing the Lachine canal in Lasalle yesterday morning. Power is a pair of ES44AC's( CP 8796 & UP 5530). The canal here has been closed to commercial traffic since the early 1970's I believe, even after the St-Lawrence Seaway opened, boats would pass through here going to Lasalle Coke. As the second photo shows, the canal has been reopened to pleasure boats.
