Old and new signals at Lasalle
Author: Mberry

I arrived at Lasalle station late yesterday morning just in time to see the finishing touches on installing a new signal gantry. The older triple searchlight signal is still in place and in use, but its days are numbered. At right is CP's Lasalle yard. The second and third shots show a CP local passing it.

Do you know what work the track equipment is staged for?

I just shot them leaving Lasalle Yard for the south shore. There has been a lot of trackwork on the Adirondack sub, causing delays for commuters such as myself who use the AMT Candiac line.
