Yes, the BC Rail "south yard" is still quite busy, even a lot of regular CN trains originate or terminate there as well as all the BC Rail traffic. CN reduced functions in their yard and moved some operations to the BC Rail yard, including the majority of locomotive servicing, car shops etc.   Doug
