GMD1's...How many still in service?

Curious as to how many GMD1's are still in regular service both on the CN and shortlines / industrials. OPR features the 1413 on our Saturday excursion train in Portland, OR

Canadian Trackside Guide, updated to February 15, 2017, shows 18 still on CN roster. Whether they are active is another matter.

It shows six with various industrial lines (one of these in storage) and three at NRE's facility in Capreol, Ont.

I'd also like to point out that it's GMD-1, not GMD1. The GMD-1 was the only EMD/GMD model designation to use a hyphen.

There are quite a few roaming around Edmonton Alberta.... I've been lucky enough to see them working quite regularly; they also head south to Calgary quite often. 1433, 1438 and 1409 are the units seen most often! Pictured is CN L566 picking up a couple tank cars on what's left of the old Drumheller Sub, South East Calgary.

Here's three switching the Praxair plant in Fort Saskatchewan in June of 2008. I've seen
them around Edmonton many times since on our visits there but this was the first picture I
found.

There used to be one or two that worked out of Thornton Yard as well--often on 510. Haven't
seen them as much lately but then I haven't been out and about as much either...
