CN 8221 at the barge slip in Windsor, Ontario  August 1980.  I recall it was a humid and hot even down by the river. I use the phrase lightly, beautiful downtown Detroit in the background. One of the few places in Canada that we look north to the USA.   Doug

Nice exposure in awkward conditions; that idler flat would be an interesting subject as well.
