Most seem to be 12-car now, and I'm pretty sure all the platforms are long enough. In that period that combination was common, and also a 72x GP40-2 coupled to a CN GP40 (7312 or 7319 if I recall correctly) on the west end and a 9xx series APCU on the east end. Edited 1 time(s). I know Markham isn't long enough for anything over 6, so they only open half the train. Many of the platforms have been lengthened over the last few years to accomodate the 12packs. They run, 6, 10 & 12 car trains. It's a good pic, but that traffic is NOTHING like that these days.
