Nice photo.

Uusual to see 2 smokestacks on the roof.  Were 2 stoves needed to keep warm?

On that note, it appears that a crewman has the window open in the rear car.

I have lots if photos of vans with two heat sources.  Makes good sense.  Very remote areas, very cold weather. 

The SP assigned cabooses with two stoves to the Salt Lake Division (Sacramento -Ogden) for the same reasons.

BC Rail had an oil stove each end of the caboose,  at minus 40 weather they were greatly appreciated.
