CP Manitoba - Location help needed

Frankin MB. Google Maps shows it as a rural town or area rather than a village. Where would milepost 69 be on the lines that were there? I see some lines in tact and one line gone through this area.

Franklin, MB  Station No.5362  mile 70.2  Minnedosa Sub.  Between Neepawa and Minnedosa.

About 1.5 miles north of Highway 16 (The Yellowhead) taking Road 96 West, left on Road 84 north the right on Franklin Road.
