Ontario Qs

Does Inco still have its own railway——is that what the Canadian Trackside Guide calls Diesel Electric Services or something like that?

In Sault Ste Marie, anything accessible? Algoma Steel, Huron Central, CN?

Hi Bob:

Inco still has its own railway. No longer electric though.
Units are largely rebuilt GP35's to GP38 standards.

Diesel Electric Services is a full service loco repair and rebuild business, working out of the old CPR car shop downtown.
The Huron Central can be seen at the station in town. CN is pretty much inaccessable.
