It sounds like a great trip. Do you have any idea how food serivce is provided during the winter. I don't think the Skyline or Park cars operate then. I have not been on that train, but many reports, including comments by VIA, indicate the food is re-heated meals. From my experience on other VIA trains with this type of meal service, that is not necessarily a bad thing. I hope those who have experienced this off-peak diner service will provide details. |
