Is it on the Bathurst Street Bridge which crosses over the tracks leading to Toronto Union Station?

I believe it is on the Bathurst Street bridge but was not 100% sure.

The car is northbound at the southern end of the Bathurst Street bridge.  Route 511 is a Bathurst Street route.
