Canadian Railroads > VIA No. 2/14 On the Move?

What's up with VIA No. 2 as shown on Transitdocs?  Shown as having departed Vancouver on Feb. 14, it is now positioned in northern Ontario. And is shown as being exactly on time at every station. That's almost impossible to happen. Is this a position move or an error? Other than the Churchill trains, it's the only thing indicated as moving in Canada as a result of the protests. 

There is no train.  The times shown on Reservia are all estimated times.
