Canadian Railroads > MacMillan and Symington Yards Questions

Good Evening and Happy Easter:

Which yard is larger and has more capacity, Symington Yard in Winnipeg or MacMillan Yard near Toronto?  Are these yards able to hump two trains at a time?  Also, at Macmillan Yard on Google Earth there looks to be a main hump with two leads, and at the opposite end of the bowl tracks there looks to be a lead with more retarders and a much smaller bowl.  Any special purpose for this smaller yard?  Does MacMillan primarily classify traffic to and from the United States via Buffalo, NY?

Lastly, does the locomotive shop at MacMillan do only minor repairs, or is it capable of heavy repairs?
