Canadian Railroads > Freight Car Friday - Built at TransconaDate: 09/18/20 22:48 Freight Car Friday - Built at Transcona Author: feclark A brief holiday in Jasper only had a brief window to shoot trains; neither the weather nor the trains cooperated. I saw an EB stack train standing west of the yard, at 1020; it left town at 1240. In walking along a path next to the well cars, I noticed a CN set that had these stickers. I'd never noticed them before, but a standing train opens opportunities. This was 677104C, carrying the notice that it was built at CN's Transcona shops in Winnipeg. The crackle effect is not to be attempted in N scale, I don't think.
