Canadian Railroads > West of the Great Divide -- CP 8900 EAST (308)Date: 09/24/20 22:41 West of the Great Divide -- CP 8900 EAST (308) Author: railsmith Fresh from its cross-country intermodal duties shown in CCMF's photo posted earlier today, CP 8900 is on its way east again just three days later.
It's seen here at 17:30 today, running through Maple Ridge, BC, near SNS River Road on the Cascade Subdivision. Behind it is Train 308, a solid consist of the new high-capacity hoppers from NSC, now empty after unloading on the fly at the new G3 grain terminal in North Vancouver. I was expecting a DPU somewhere, but 8900 was handling this long train solo. Edited 2 time(s). Last edit at 09/24/20 22:59 by railsmith.
