040808 is not a wheel arrangement. April 8, 2008 at Dunkley BC on BC Rail we had a bunch of switching to do there and a nasty snow squall came through just to make things that much more enjoyable for the Conductor working outside.  I had a few minutes for some photos although I did not stay long outside of my nice dry and warm cab..
