Anyone know what Provence "South Beamer" is in?  Suppose to be Propane Tankers loaded there, for export into USA?

Located north east of Edmonton Alberta near fort Saskatchewan
Major petrochemical producing area, with several refineries, multiple transloading facilities, major SIT yards, a hugh fertilizer plant and a couple of refineries
