Trains in the Fog, Bedford, NS
Author: cn6218

Z120 arrived in Bedford at 12:09 on November 13 sporting 3 examples of turn-of-the-century DC power on the head end:  Dash-9 IC 2700, SD70I CN 5609 and SD75I CN 5752.

The DPU (somewhat uncommon in the warmer months) however was former Citi Leasing, now-CN, ES44AC 3929.

Although Z120's head end rolled past me (roughly mile 9 of the Bedford Sub) about noon, it took a long time to actually get into the plugged yard in Rockingham, and it was 13:00 before L507, which had been waiting at Millview (mile 8) could finally get under way with 9200 feet of empty intermodal cars.  They had the same power that has been on L507/508 for the past week or so, 2857 and 2220.  The Yard Coordinators will probably be happy to get rid of almost two miles of cars they had to try and store some place.
