New Herzog equipment

I caught this self powered Herzog unit in Boucherville, Quebec today. Seems to be a tie hauler using well hole container hardware.

They call them a MPM or "multi purpose machine" CP has 3 of their own, copycat to keep the operation in-house rather than contracting it out. I've seen them used primarily for picking up old ties along the ROW, and also for distributing new ties ahead of an installation blitz.
