VIA power on CP freight

March 1994, a CP westbound intermodal with two VIA F40-2PHs led by #6458
passing the station sign at Bowmanville, MP 164.5 CP Belleville sub.

VIA power was frequently seen on CP trains in southern Ontario during this
time period, either alone or in combination with CP and/or other leased
units. Such was the state of perennially power short CP.
