Canadian Railroads > Three OdditiesDate: 05/12/22 08:33 Three Oddities Author: cn6218 CN Z120 on April 25 had something a little different than the endless stream of CN GEVOs we are very used to seeing as they arrived at Birch Cove, just west of Rockingham yard in Nova Scotia. With 75 of them now on the roster, the ex-CITI Leasing ES44ACs aren't exactly rare, but are still a welcome break from the over 300 examples in CN paint of the same model. Trailing unit 8103 is certifiably rare, one of 4 SD70ACe demos which CN bought from Progress Rail in 2014. They remain as the last diesels CN has bought from the former GM division.
Also unusual was the lack of a DPU on this train. GTD Date: 05/16/22 15:04 Re: Three Oddities Author: ns1000 I like Pic 3!!
