I Can See All The Way To Horizon Saskatchewan
Author: arwye

Hard to believe its coming up on six years now since this chase of the Great Western's M420's. So we are eastbound at Horizon on September 6, 2016, with 2001 & 2002 peddling grain empty's.

The train is brilliant, of course, but so's the chance to get enough elevation to nail the elevator AND church. That's great.

That was line they were operating at the time for Red Coat Rail?

A freind would say 'it's not the end of the world but if you climb a tall hill you can see the edge'.

It was a while before I figured out what that really meant.

Bob:
Yes and yes.
Prior to our trip there were already rumors that the M420's had been parked.
The Great Western always puts on a good show, sometimes with 3 trains a day to chase.
