Canadian Railroads > The "J" Visits Nova Scotia AgainDate: 03/10/23 09:01 The "J" Visits Nova Scotia Again Author: cn6218 ET44AC 3023, the EJ&E "heritage" diesel was leading Z120 last Thursday as the train neared Halifax, at mile 24 of the Bedford Sub.
There are a lot of downed trees on the code line here, but unlike the section west of Truro, the CTC seems to still be operational. I was under the impression that the pole line still provided power to the intermediate signals, and there is a set at mile 23. Perhaps the power comes from the other direction (Kinsac) for that set.
