Revelstoke in May
Author: Corpach

A couple from the recent road trip myself and a couple of friends had exploring the Canadian Rockies, a great trip and the first time back in Canada since 1987 for me.
A westbound potash train gets into it's stride passing the Revelstoke Railway Museum & another westbound, this time a loaded coal train eases out onto the Columbia River bridge to start the climb up to Clanwilliam. We were lucky with the weather as well until we got way out west and suffered somewhat from low cloud & drizzle in Kamloops & Ashcroft. But the shining light that day was the Antiques & Hobby Store in Savona where we helped out a small business with a few discreet purchases. It's not going to be thirty-six years until my next visit to the Rockies that's for sure.
