Crowsnest Pass Question

I am heading out to BC and AB shortly. I will be transiting the pass on my way from Sandpoint to Lethbridge. How much, and what kind of traffic am I likely to see? Any specific locations that I should search out?

The Frank Slide just east of Blairmore, AB is a must see location.  Heavy, loaded unit trains get down to a walking pace, and sometimes stall on the grade here.
