I don't remember a fence being installed between the tracks in Brockville. Here's a photo I took on my 68th birthday, no fence. VIA No.63. Brockville, ON Jan 6th, 2023. I used to get slides from Jackie McNeil as well, and I was sure there was a number of them with chain link there. I checked my F40 roster slides, and found out I was remembering correctly. In the 2003-2004 period, they had a short chain link fence separating the mains, on the south side of the 'boulevard' platform. That was about when I stopped getting slides from him, so I never saw the return to 'normal' and when that happened. When we all work together the full story comes to light. I do remember the fence at Dorval, QC but completely forgot the one in Brockville, ON. VIA No.69 Brockville ON. 125.7 CN Kingston sub January 2nd, 2004. I'm not saying Fred or Gerry are on here bickering, just a general comment.
Fine job Gents! Brian Date: 09/14/23 22:42 Re: VIA 6442 Author: feclark moonliter Wrote:

You can feel the damp air chilling to the bone. You should get that up there as a thread on its own, so it's not buried here.
