CN 3309: a new Heritage unit?

Today, I noticed on my Heritage Units app that CN 3309 with wafer logo had been added to the roster of reportable units. I found this LinkedIn post that shows the 3309, a recent DC-to-AC rebuild by Wabtec, with wet noodle logo missing from the long hood and a big "wafer logo" from long ago prominently displayed instead.
