Not sure of the date of these slides taken by my father but I believe it to be summer of 2004. The VIA F40PH pulling weekly Bras d'Or Halifax-Sydney excursion train has broken down somewhere on the Cape Breton & Central Nova Scotia RR and a CB&NS GP50 of BN lineage has been sent to its rescue.
