Today, I received an e-mail about a Farewell Party for the Toronto Transit Commission's Line 3 Scarborough which will take place this Saturday.  I also learned tonight that the future of the line was questionable.  Regularly scheduled service on the line ceased in July due to a derailment.  I've spent several days in Toronto only once, four years ago.  At the time, I focused on the CLRVs which I knew would be not be around much longer.  I had no idea that Line 3 was in jeopardy.  

From purely a transit enthusiast perspective, was there anything I missed by not riding the line in terms of interesting rolling stock, stations or anything else?

Wonder what they will do with its rolling stock.

You can ride the same rolling stock in Vancouver.
