I'm going to say that is the Kettle Creek Viaduct/trestle.
670 feet in length, quite deep.
Talbot Spur, approx 14.5 miles from Walton Jct, Dundas Sub London.
Approx .25 miles north of the St Thomas By-Pass(highway #3)
