CP Freight with M636

CP #4717 M636 leading freight, June 1987. No location. See a good-sized bridge in the background. CN power too.

IIRC CP leased some CN RS18's at one time.

The location reminds me of Mattawamkeag, Maine.  3 heavy spans (built by Maine Central, not CP) across the Mattawamkeag River.  A lot can change in 35 years of course, although the bridge there still has the cross arms hanging off the side for the code line.
