DEVCO #200 RS23, Spring 1976. No locaiton.

This looks like Sydney to me, probably the Prince St. crossing, although on CN, not the steel plant/Devco crossing.  That microwave tower in the background is fairly distinctive, and is still there today, although it now has cell antennas on it instead of dishes.  Looking at Google Street View, I couldn't find anything else in common with the 1976 scene.  Sydney has gone through a lot of change in the past 50 years.
