Canadian Railroads > MLW Monday - Carleton University's RailwayDate: 06/03/24 22:30 MLW Monday - Carleton University's Railway Author: feclark On October 5, 1977, CP C-424 4232 leads wayfreight #85 from Montreal to Ottawa. It's on the Ellwood Sub, which ran through Carleton University's campus in Ottawa. The bridge overhead carries University Avenue over the tracks. The train has just emerged from the tunnel under Dow's Lake, with 22 cars including the van, at 1232. It's a bit unusual to have just the single unit on this train.
